  1. How do I order?
    Contacting me is the easiest way to discuss options for ordering. While duplicates for some pieces are available, most work is one of a kind and all work on the site may not be available.
  2. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept personal checks (held for 10 days for clearing), certified check, money order or credit card through PayPal. Deposits are required for all custom pieces.
  3. How much is shipping?
    Shipping will vary dependant upon the volume weight. We make every effort to insure that shipping costs are kept as low as possible while still insuring that the painting will arrive safely. Most smaller pieces (5x7) can be shipped for $3.95 via USPS priority. Larger pieces (24x24 and up) will typically be shipped via UPS and start at $15.00 for standard ground.

    You will always be informed of your shipping charge prior to the order being fullfilled.
  4. How do you ship your paintings?
    All paintings are shipped either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. All paintings are shipped and insured for their full value. 2-day and overnight shipping are available at an additional charge.
  5. When should I expect my paintings to arrive?
    All orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. Shipping time to your location will vary depending on the method of shipping chosen. A typical shipping time of 5-7 days should be expected in most cases.
  6. Are special orders available?
    Special orders are always available. Should you have something in mind, please email me and I will contact you back to discuss your needs.
  7. The painting I like has been sold, is it possible to have another created?
    In most cases, yes. The only exceptions are special production pieces or those limited in series.
  8. I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
    Paintings are special, one of a kind productions. Please take the time to consider your order carefully before placing it. Once work begins on a piece, the order cannot be canceled and deposits for custom work cannot be refunded.

    Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Due to the nature of the work being ordered, no refunds will be issued once the order has shipped. Should the order arrive in a damaged condition, an insurance claim will be filled with the carrier and you will be refunded your full purchase amount upon receipt of the damaged work(s) and completion of the insurance claim.
